Dr. Daniel Zhu PT, DPT
Physical Therapist and Coach
Run SpecialistA Brooklyn native, who lives and breathes all things physical therapy and training. He is an avid runner himself who enjoys spending time in the gym lifting weights and working on his plyo's (oooh how how can he jump??). He has spent time working with numerous runners, weekend warriors, and even some performing artists - specifically those performing in the Broadway show "Here Lies Love."
Daniel uses his multifaceted approach to help his clients become pain-free and reach their highest goals. Aside from being an athlete himself, he is a film photography enthusiast. -
Dr. Ming Kwok PT, DPT

Ming was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He received his Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the College of Staten Island. Having treated in various different settings ranging from sports rehabilitation to general orthopedic clinics, Ming has worked with international basketball players to your everyday individual who is just trying to get into shape and out of pain. When Ming isn’t in the gym, you can catch him trying new foods, going on bike rides, and watching sports. -
Dr. Kristianna Fata-Chan, PT, DPT

Kristi grew up in the midwest in Livonia, MI. She recieved her Bachelors in Biomolecular Science from the University of Michigan and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Her background consist of being a lead therapist back stage in numerous Broadway shows such as Hamilton, and collegiate/professional level female athletes. When she isn’t in the gym, she’s baking…always baking. -

Andy is a NYC native born and raised in Queens, NY. He received his Bachelors in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. His experiences ranges from youth athletes to weekend warriors to Olympic and professional level athletes. When he isn’t in the gym, you can find him reading, traveling, and drinking an ice cold IPA. -
Stephani Oolup
Coach
Pilates certifiedStephani has nearly 8 years of experience working in the physical therapy and training industry. She is passionate about helping people move well and live their life without limit. She utilizes her focused interest in biomechanics, STOTT pilates, and strength training/sports performance to look at her clients of all ages, professions and stages of life with a special lens, bringing a personalized touch to recovery and performance enhancement. Stephani studied physical therapy in Australia, moved to Toronto and now finds us here in NYC - welcome her to the Big Apple! With the big move, Stephani will take her boards in the States at the end of January - wish her luck!

Oliver was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He was adopted by Andy and Kristi while they were in physical therapy school in Miami, FL. He received an unofficial degree as a “Dogtor” of Physical Therapy since he had to listen to his parents recite flash cards while they studied. He is very experienced in playing dead, chasing squirrels, and providing people with a “pawsitive” experience with movement.
