How we can help you with barbell training
Optimize Your Technique
Do you want to work with someone that has dedicated years to competing in powerlifting and coaching other barbell athletes OR a provider that never consistently trains with the barbell?
We know exactly what you need to do to stay healthy and reap the benefits of barbell training because we do this day in and day out whether in our personal life or in our facility.
Barbell Programming
You can have the best technique in the world but if your program isn’t tailored to you then you are going to run into a road block.
All of our physical therapists all have a background in strength and conditioning, a doctorate degree, AND continuously take weekend seminars to learn from industry experts to make sure our programming is cutting edge.
Preventative Health
If you have injuries that were NOT properly rehabbed then you can create compensations that lead to potential injury. Our goal before barbell training is to make sure we address those deficits so we can safely get you training.
Your accessory work will continuously be updated and specific to you so that you can stay healthy while training with the barbell.
Barbell training is for EVERY body
If you want to feel the strongest you’ve ever felt in your body then you are in the right place
